How to bid and buy items in idreambox auction
1)How can I keep track of my bids?
Click on my auctions. Then you will see the auction you have bid on. Monitor and manage it here.

2)How do I browse for items?
Two ways:
a)use the side menu. the categories are listed. So just choose which one you are interested in.
b)use our search option. Just type what you are looking for and press search.

3)How do I know if the seller is good?
We have a rating system. Check his ratings to see how good the seller is. Sometimes the seller is new and will not have a rating. So please we aware of this. Bidders bid in their own risk.

4)Can i cancel a unwanted bid?
No, once the bid is made. The bid is final. Make sure you want the item before making a bid.

5)After making a bid, do I automatically win the auction?
no, someone can always outbid you. A lot of users lose the auction cause someone outbids them in the last second. Its always good to check and monitor your bids.

6)What happens after I won?
The seller will send you a email. If you wish, you can send a email to the seller. Keep in contact by email on how the transaction will be maded.
