1) Why does idreambox
auction request credit card information when I signup as a new
member?
We ask it cause of proof of ID. Its for the safety of our visitors.
Its to protect both our sellers and bidders.
2)When I am done with the registration how do I know that it will
done correctly?
Log in using your ID and password. This will be done automatically
so you can log in right after registration. Then go to click on
My Profile to see your information.
3)How can I change or update my information?
Just go to My Profile, and make the changes in there.
4)Can
I change by Username or password?
No, you cannot change your username and password. You can change
the rest of your information but changing your Username or password
is not allowed.
5)What
if I forget my password?
Send us a email (auction@idreambox.com) requesting your password.
But it must be sent from the email address you have listed under
your profile. So for example: If your email is johndoe@hotmail.com
under your profile page. Then the password request but come from
that email.
