Selling
1)How can I change my current auction or delete it competely?
You cannot change any details of the auction was it is posted. However you can delete it completely if you choose to. Just email our staff (auction@idreambox.com). But you must send it from the email account you have listed under ur profile page. Be sure to give your username and password otherwise we cannot do it.

2)How much to sell?
Right now everything is free. After our free promotion is done these rules will apply: Its free to post items in idreambox auctions. You only pay after the auction is a success (won by a bidder). 1% of final sale price is charged for items over $2.00, $2.00 flat fee for items under $2.00) No charges for starting bid price. Seller pays the 1% or $2.00 (which the case may be) only when auction is successful.

3)How many auctions can I post?
You can post 20 items at one time. There's no time cycle. Its only done by the number of auctions you have up.

4)How much to feature my auction?
This is optional but it will cost you 5 dollars to feature your auction. Then it will be placed in the Hot Auctions section under the category you listed it in.

5)How do I put pictures up?
Most people take pictures from digital cameras. Some just scan their pictures. After doing that, just save it into a disk or C drive. After posting the information on the item, you will go to second page where on the bottom you can add a picture. Click browse button and select the picture from your drive. Then press upload.

6)What happens after I get a winner in my auction?
Their email address will be listed in the auction page. You can also see it under my auctions page. Send them a email be sure to mention:
1)What they won in your auction
2)The final price (final bid + shipping)
3)How you want it paid (cash, money order, paypal)

7)What if the auction was no winners?
If you have no winners you may want to change it a little. Put more information on the auction, maybe lower price. You can always post the same auction again. Remember you can post 20 at a time.

8)What is the bulletin board for?
Another way to communicate with other users and members of idreambox.com. Some sellers use it to communicate with their winner to discuss the transaction.
