What does your boss think of you?

You may be surprised. How is your work performance in our company? What does your boss think of the work quality and your effort? To know the answers, find out by asking them feedback on your work performance. It's a good way to enhance your worth to the company.

When you get feedback from your employer, you are showing them that you care about your work and what you bring to the company. Your employer will consider this as a postive move in your part. Your concern on how your are performing will show them that you care and that you willing to take the effort to succeed in the company. It also gives them a comfortable feeling and a chance to give their feedback on what needs to be worked on.

Once you get the feedback, analyze yourself and see what your strengths and weaknesses are. You should try to think of ways to work on those weaknesses.
