Working
out before Breakfast.
by Gina Lee
Some of us workout before breakfast while others get a workout after
breakfast. Some may argue that doing it before breakfast is the best
solution while others think the opposite. The truth is there are advantages
and disadvantage of both. |
For those of you who
workout before breakfast:
Researchers have studied that if you workout as soon as you get up from
bed and before breakfast, your body burns fat quicker. So that's a big advantage
to your workout however here's the downside you may not have enough energy
to finish your workouts. This is why some people like to work out after
they eat their breakfast. The plus side is that after they digested their
food, they have energy to get a good workout. The big downside is their
bodies will try to burn the carbohydrates first, not the fat. So you would
be burning the breakfast you ate that morning not the fat in your body.
Some like to use both techniques in their excercise plan. Try working out
two days without eating breakfast first. Then try working out after you
eat your breakfast. You should listen to what you body tells you. It's not
good to force it otherwise it could be unhealthy.
