Your use of idreambox.com web site, and all information, products and services on the the site, are subject to the binding legal terms set forth below. idreambox may update the terms and service agreeement from time to time without notices to you. . BY USING THESE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO EACH AND ALL OF THE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY TERM OR CONDITION SET FORTH BELOW, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE SERVICES FOR ANY PURPOSE.
Services
idreambox.coml assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. You must have access to the Internet/web, either by web-based services, with all paid on these service fees that go with this such access in order to use our services.
Registration Obligations
In accordance of your use idreambox.com, you are agreeing to:
(a) that your informaton provided about yourself on our prompted registration from is true, accurate, and current.
(b) you must update and maintain regristration information to keep current, accurate and complete.
(c) If you give false information that is not true, inaccurate, or not current or if idreambox believes (having reasonable grounds) to suspect your information is indeed untrue,or not current idreambox has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).
(d) idreambox.com is considered about the use of its site special children. Parents of children under 13 will use parental guidance when accessing our site. When you create a account with us and visit our site, we understand that you are 18 years of age have responsibility of anyone young of age. Member Conduct
idreambox believes in basic rules for conduct for our services but there are those few that violate these services thus we have made these conduct rules for that very reason. All users must comply to:
1. First that you follow all of these rules and whatever that is applicable by law.
2. You will not give out your id and password, or your billing information unless making a purchase.
3. You will not abuse, harass any other members on idreambox when using our services;
4. You will not interfere with others' use of idreambox, such as interrupting other users' sessions, or act in a way that affects other users in idreambox.
5. You will not post any Member Content that is hateful, offensive, racial, sexual or any other grounds that is harmful, distasteful; defamatory, or invades another person's privacy or proprietary rights.
6. You will not manipulate the Services so as to hide your identity or participation in our services on idreambox or use another person's identity, or modifying any other possible identifier.
7. You will not post any Member Content that contains any viruses, cancel bots, harmful code, or any computer software or program that interrupts the Services we provide, disrupt proper functioning of any software, hardware, or materials used idreambox.
If any of these conducts are violated, idreambox will cancel your account and prevent you from using our services again. Note that you acknowledge that idreambox will not pre-screen content, but does have right to remove any content in our services that we believe is not in agreement with our conducts.
idreambox Rights on Public Content
One of our services is letting any members (sellers) to list their products on idreambox for sell. Here are some of the rights of idreambox when the seller makes a listing.
1)You grant idreambox the world-wide, royalty free and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, and publish such product or content solely for displaying, distributing and promoting (whole or part).
2) with respect of all the products or content you list on the public interface of idreambox, you give idreambox the royalty-free, non-exclusive and fully sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, translate, promote, adapt, and put out in global market.
INDEMNITY
You understand that you are personally responsible for your behavior while on the Site
You agree to indemnify and hold idreambox and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees and directors harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, or cost of any kind (such as attorneys' fees and costs) that we may incur in connection with a third party claim or otherwise, in relation to your use of the Services.
You agree that idreambox shall not be responsible or liable of any loss between you and the advertisers on the service. Any business dealings with advertisers found on idreambox, including payment and delivery of related goods or services or other conditions are solely between you and such advertiser. idreambox may provide links to other internet sites. idreambox has no control of these sites services and terms you agree that idreambox is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, or other materials available from such sites. Also idreambox will not be responsible for any loss, damage with connection to the goods, content, and services of any such sites.
Disclaimer of Warranties
idreambox offers no gurantees or warranties that the services will be uninterupted or error-free nor do we offer full accuracy or reliability of information for our sellers, merchants.
You understand that using idreambox is soley your own risk. You understand that the services and products (including third parties) in our site are "as is" or "as avaiable" thus the results obtained from our services will not necessary meet your expectations. Including downloading that may have errors or cause harm to your computer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, idreambox disclaims all warranties, and conditions of any kind in or accessible from idreambox. idreambox disclaims any endorsement, representation, warranty, or condition in respect of any advertisers, merchants, or suppliers on idreambox. idreambox will not be responsible for any advice or general content given to you if you are not satified by them.
TERMINATION
idreambox has the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason or for no reason. Thus idreambox can prevent you from using our services again.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
You acknowledge and agree that the idreambox and all its contents contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You further acknowledge and agree that sponsor advertisements or information presented to in idreambox is protected by copyrights, trademarks or other proprietary rights and laws. Unless permission is given you agree not to modify, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the services in whole or in part.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will idreambox nor its other divison companies, parents, any companies working with idreambox be responsible or liable for any damages, loss, whatsoever, directly or indirectly, incidental, accidental, speacial, or exemplary damages. Statements or contents of third parties. Unauthorized access to transmission data. Or any other matters relating to services.
NOTICE BY EMAILS
idreambox may send emails or regular mails on notices about our changes in services or other matters in our site.
MISCELLANEOUS
You may be subject to additional terms by third parties, our merchant storefronts, or other parties. These terms may be amended from time to time with no notices to you.
